Examples of our work

  • Design and delivery of the first self-refer, self-pay diagnostic pathway for prostate cancer for a leading UK diagnostic imaging provider, removing the need for GP referral.
  • Design and delivery of GP direct access to flexible sigmoidoscopy pathway for suspected colorectal cancer. The pathway was underpinned by a GP clinical education programme and patient engagement campaign built on behavioural insight to encourage earlier detection of bowel cancer.
  • Remodelling and transformation of a large London NHS Community Dental Service through an ambitious £3M Commissioning Programme and GlaxoSmithKline partnership, resulting in an overall 7.3% increase in access to dentistry.
  • Procurement and mobilisation of a new Blood Sciences Service as part of a large London clinic’s Pathology service transformation.
  • Design of a suite of Women's Healthcheck and cancer screening services for a large private Primary Care provider.
  • Developed commercial applications for the use of archive film in healthcare, creating 'Memory Bank'; a product for use in reminiscence therapy for dementia patients.
