With our knowledge of the healthcare landscape, commissioning and integrated care systems, we excel at building meaningful connections and partnerships at local and national level.
Our work includes creating and implementing Stakeholder Engagement Plans aligned to clients' strategic goals, ensuring mutual trust, respect and shared understanding of what we want to achieve.
Maintaining good engagement is vital but takes time and commitment - we manage and nurture relationships for clients as projects evolve, identifying new opportunities and optimising long-term growth.
Examples of our work
- Developed a new Stakeholder Engagement Strategy for one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country, improving the approach to patient, staff, commissioner and partnership engagement to support the clinical and commercial priorities of the Trust.
- Created a steering group with South West London Cancer Network, the Endoscopy Teams at St Georges Hospital and Croydon University Hospital, local GP practices and patient groups to launch, test and evaluate a direct access diagnostic pathway for bowel cancer.
- Established a unique collaboration between Commissioning, Public Heath and Community Engagement teams at Kensington & Chelsea PCT, the Royal Borough, local NHS dentists, British Dental Association and Glaxosmithkline to deliver oral health promotion in schools.
- Brought together and managed over 35 public and voluntary sector partners across North Tyneside to tackle underage drinking and was awarded Partnership Excellence from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Local Public Services Excellence Awards.
"I had the pleasure of working with Louise on a particularly complex project in challenging circumstances. She immediately struck me as someone who knew what she was doing. She has vast expertise and adds value across an entire organisation. She is a trusted, highly competent operator with the ability to empower those around her. The fact we have maintained our working friendship for over two decades speaks volumes for my high regard for her."
